About Us

Rogers Early Elementary is where students first become members of the Melvindale-Northern Allen Park family and begin their Cardinal journey. Students will spend their kindergarten and first-grade year at Rogers with staff members who are dedicated to immersing the students into the diverse Melvindale culture while beginning their educational career. The staff works hard to develop high academic standards within the curriculum and work to always meet the academic, social and emotional needs of our students.

At Rogers, students will become familiar with resources used within the district. Students also have an opportunity to join the ACCESS after school program which will help improve math and language arts skills and also focuses on enrichment including: STEM, technology, fine arts and field trips.
