TOTE is the Michigan Special Education division of Early On. They service families of infants and toddlers with moderate to severe developmental delays in South East Wayne County.

If you have a child that is birth to three years old and is not meeting developmental milestones or their speech is delayed contact the TOTE Program. This program is designed to assess children from birth to three years of age. If a delay is found your family can receive support and your child will be able to get connected to programs that provide intervention.
